Early Head Start Home-Based Educator
Position: Full Time/12-months, Early Head Start Home Based Educator
Job Location: CCCB at Clyde Park
Education Level: Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a comparable credential or Equivalent coursework as part of an associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
· Monday to Friday, required to attend evening Socializations
Have knowledge of infant and toddler development and willing to do home visits
Bilingual Preferred (Speaking, reading, writing) English/Spanish
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable source of transportation.

Vacation time: 2 weeks’ vacation (10 days) given at winter break upon hire; 3 weeks (15 days) upon completion of 1st year; ** Full-time employees: 4 weeks (20 days) upon completion of 7 years; 5 weeks (25 days) upon completion of 10 years; 6 weeks (30 days) upon completion of 20 years.
Sick time off: 5 days upon hire; 10 days at completion of 1st year; 15 days at completion of 3 years.
Personal time off: 2 days upon completion of 1st year.
Bereavement upon hire: 3 paid bereavement days
