Income verification of 100% of federal poverty level or below, or other risk factors

Home Visiting Programs, Early Head Start, Prevention Initiative and MIECHV
Free for qualifying pregnant women and children up to age 3
Serving Cicero, Berwyn, Stickney, Forest View, Lyons, and Brookfield
Must qualify for services based on income and/or other risk factors
Weekly or Bi-Weekly Home Visits and Monthly Group Socializations
