Bina Habibi, D.Ed., Executive Director
Bina Habibi, D.Ed., Executive Director of the Children’s Center of Cicero Berwyn is an established early childhood professional and determined advocate committed to promoting quality care and education of young children. Bringing together the perspectives of various fields and specialties, Dr. Habibi is devoted to delivering support to parents in accessing resources to meet their child’s fullest potential. Her specialties include child development, special education, teaching, professional development, team building, project management, nutrition, and leadership. She brings over 20 years of a dedicated track record at the agency, leading projects and teams towards a common vision and through her work that has demonstrated a deep commitment to issues of quality services to children, their families, and staff.
Bina received master degrees in Child development, Special education, Education, and a doctoral degree in Ethical Leadership from Olivet Nazareth University, Bourbonnais, IL. She obtained a National Director Credential, Illinois Director Credential, Level 3, and an Illinois Professional Licensure.
In addition, she serves as an adjunct faculty at Northeastern Illinois University in the Teacher Education department. She is in the Illinois AEYC Public Policy committee and a member of Early Childhood Education Advisory Board NEIU.

Margaret Gasteier, Site Director
Margaret has been with the CCCB since 1988. She began her career as a classroom assistant and has worked her way up to Site Director and Interim Business Manager.
Beverly Dawson, Head Start Director - Clyde Park at Ogden
Beverly joined the CCCB Staff as a Head Start teacher at the Grant Works site in 1988. Through the years, she has benefitted from the education and experience provided to move into various roles including Chile Development Specialist, Program Coordinator for Home Visiting, and current role as Head Start Director.
Georgia Milosovic - Director of PACT Center at St. Pius
Georgia began her career at the CCCB in 1983, as a teacher’s aide at the Red Feather Building. After taking two years off, she returned in 1988, and became a parent educator for the Pre-K Program at the Patricia Makris Child Development Center. Georgia helped develop the PACT Program and became its Director since 1993.
Beatriz De La Rosa - Director, Morton Dist. 201
Beatriz is the Director of the Children’s Center, Morton Dist. 201. Beatriz has been the Director of the Young Parent’s Program since 1997. She has had the pleasure of supervising some very dedicated staff as they support young parents through their journey of becoming great parents.
Deborah Diaz - Site Director, Patricia Makris Center
Deborah has been working in Early Childhood Education since 1988. Throughout the 36-years, Deborah has worked as a cook, then became a teacher, and home visitor to school-aged children. Deborah became the Visting Coordinator for the Children’s Center in 2002 and is currently the Site Director at the Patricia Makris Center since 2006.
Maria Guadalupe Reyes, Early Headstart Director
Maria is the Early Head Start Director. She has been working for the CCCB for 21-years, serving various positions. Maria enjoys working with families and supporting them with their children’s development and family well-being.
Pauline Vrettos, Site Director, Red Feather
For the majority of Pauline’s life, she has been working with families and children in various aspects of the education field, (public/private/non-profit). Pauline joined the CCCB 7-years ago as a substitute teacher, and is currently the Site Director at Red Feather for the past 2-years.
Leticia Aldaba, Director, Riverside Drive
Leticia is currently the Site Director of the Riverside Drive location. Leticia is a dedicated early childhood education professional with extensive experience in the field. Her commitment to nurturing developmental growth and supporting families led her to her current role. Leticia is enthusiastic about continuing to serve in this capacity for many more years to come.
Janet Silva, MIECHV Lead Parent Educator
Janet is a bilingual-bicultural certified lactation consultant who provides education, coaching, and support for mothers in their journey through chest/breastfeeding. Janet is a Maternal Infant and Early Childhood Home Based educator and program coordinator who fosters a comprehensive, developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum and instruction focusing on the unique needs of expecting parents, caregivers, and their children.
